A bit about me
I left the British Army in 2007 and began a 15-year career in the manufacturing, logistics and warehousing industry. I’ve held several business improvement and operational lead roles across a range of industries such as aerospace and defence, engineering, food/consumer goods and retail. I found it tough to source a customer-led contractor who was able to provide a range of solutions that aligned with the end-goal as well as the relevant compliance regulations we needed to adhere to. That’s where Resin Surfaces comes in. Combining a great understanding of a diverse product range, experience in design requirements, compliance and installation, and a passion for great customer service truly gives us the competitive edge. I want to work with you to create bespoke solutions for you!

Step 1
Initial enquiry
We obtain basic information, so we can quickly understand your needs.
Commercial/industrial – Contact info, dimensions, colours (if known), features like walkways lines, safety and functional needs etc, business quality compliance regulations, and submitting drawings and photographs.
Domestic – Contact info, dimensions, colours (f known), photographs, drawings (if available).
Step 2
Estimate
Once we have the basic information we can provide an estimate. At this point, it’s good to talk costs, so we can move onto the technical stage and provide a realistic expectation on price and timeframes for your project.

Technical/performance requirements
Now for the detail. What functional, compliance, and safety factors do we need to plan for? What supporting documentation should be considered? For example, risk assessments, project charters, RAMS, compliance documentation etc. We can help with all of this - another unique service offered by Resin Surfaces Ltd.
Step 4
Site visit and quote submission
It’s important that we meet you, and for you meet us! We will conduct a site visit and confirm all specification and design requirements have been captured correctly. We will discuss logistics, product delivery, timeframes, and an installation plan, then issue the final quotation to you electronically, for your review.
Step 5
Installation and final sign off
Installations are carried out and led by the same person from stage 1 – this ensures end to end accountability and right-first-time performance. At each stage of the installation, (preparation, main surface, and design features) we will ensure communication is maintained as we know things can change, and that issues can arise that need solving. We will then walk the finished surface with the client to ensure the design elements and specification has been met.
